Welcome the Christmas season at the Community Carol Festival at St. Andrew’s United Church, 311 Fitzwilliam in Nanaimo. Local choirs will perform and join the audience to sing music that inspires and awakens the spirit of the season. Admission by donation at the door with proceeds to St. Andrew’s United and the Salvation Army.

The choir celebrates three decades of song with the singers’ favourite pieces. Special guests are members from the past who will form the Bel Canto Alumnae Choir. The choir will perform 200 years of music to amaze and inspire, including Beethoven’s early 19^th century Choral Fantasy (recognizing the 200^th anniversary of his death) plus 20^th and 21^st century works of Whitacre, Lauridsen and more.
